Forbidden Fruit Festival 2026

At Royal Hospital Kilmainham · Military Road, Kilmainham, Dublin 8

Crowds at Forbidden Fruit Festival at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham Dublin

What to Expect

Forbidden Fruit returns to the iconic grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham for its 14th edition across two days, 30 and 31 May 2026. One of Dublin’s most beloved summer festivals, Forbidden Fruit has always punched above its weight when it comes to lineups and atmosphere, and the 2026 edition is no different.

Headliners Kaytranada, Nia Archives and Joy Crookes lead a bill packed with standout names including Kettama, Interplanetary Criminal, Ben Bohmer, Folamour, Jensen McRae, Horsegirl and many more across five stages. The festival blends electronic, hip-hop and alternative sounds in a way that feels genuinely curated rather than thrown together, with the stunning RHK grounds providing one of the best festival settings in the country.

The event is strictly 18-plus. Weekend tickets are the main offering, and the lineup this year is arguably the strongest yet.
