Last updated: 6 June 2026

By using irelandme.com ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. IrelandMe is operated from Drogheda, Ireland.

Using the site

You may read, link to and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, republish or resell substantial portions of our content without written permission. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Accuracy of local information

We research our village, town and county pages carefully and aim to keep them honest and current. Even so, opening hours, pubs, venues, transport and events change. We provide this information in good faith and cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date. Always check directly with a business or venue before you travel.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links to tours, tickets and experiences are affiliate links through partners such as Viator, GetYourGuide and Ticketmaster. If you book through them we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It helps keep the local hubs free. We only list experiences we consider relevant - a commission never guarantees a placement.

Third-party links and bookings

When you follow a link to a partner or external website, you leave IrelandMe and are subject to that site's terms and privacy policy. Any booking, payment or contract is strictly between you and that third party. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the products, services or content they provide.

Intellectual property

The writing, design and original photography on IrelandMe are our property or used with permission. Place names, business names and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
