Most people come back from Dublin with phone snaps that don’t do the city justice. This two-hour session pairs you with a professional photographer who knows the city well and knows how to make people look good in it - no awkward posing, no asking strangers for help, just good photos that actually capture where you were.
The session moves through some of Dublin’s most photogenic spots: Temple Bar, Ha’penny Bridge, Trinity College, St. Stephen’s Green, and Dublin Castle. At each location your photographer will guide you on natural poses and angles, so the shots feel like genuine moments rather than stiff tourist portraits.
After the shoot, you’ll receive a digital gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution images. Depending on the package you choose, that’s between 15 and 60 photos, all delivered within 5 business days.
Temple Bar looks completely different depending on when you’re there. Early morning - before the cafes fill up and the cobblestones get busy - is genuinely the best time for photos. Your photographer will factor this in, but if you have a preference for quieter streets, mention it when you book.
The light in Dublin is something photographers actually love. The soft, diffused quality you get on overcast days (which is most days, let’s be honest) is flattering and consistent, and far easier to work with than harsh midday sun. Don’t reschedule because of a cloudy forecast - your photographer will know how to use it.
Think about what you want from the gallery before you choose your package. The 15-photo option gives you a tight selection of the best shots; the 60-photo option means more variety across more locations. If you’re here for a special occasion - an anniversary, an engagement trip, a solo adventure - the larger package tends to tell more of the story.
Ha’penny Bridge over the Liffey is one of the most-photographed spots in the city, and for good reason. Your photographer will know the angles that avoid the crowds and the shot that most tourists miss from the south quay looking back across the water.
