Private Sedan(4 seats) Transfer from Dublin City Center to Dublin Airport

About This Tour

When you’ve got a flight to catch, you don’t want to be standing at a bus stop with your luggage or trying to hail a taxi in the rain. This private sedan transfer takes you from your central Dublin location directly to Dublin Airport - Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 - for up to 4 passengers. Your driver comes to you, helps with the bags, and gets you there without any fuss.

The journey takes around 30 minutes in normal traffic, though Dublin city traffic can vary depending on the time of day. Booking in advance means your driver knows exactly where to be and when.

Local Tips

Build in buffer time for city-centre traffic. The 30-minute duration assumes reasonable traffic conditions, but Dublin’s city centre can slow considerably during morning and evening rush hours and on match days at the Aviva Stadium or Croke Park. If your flight is early morning or you’re travelling on a Friday afternoon, add an extra 20 to 30 minutes to your planning.

Confirm your terminal before departure. Dublin Airport has two terminals - Terminal 1 handles most airlines, while Terminal 2 is used primarily by Aer Lingus and a number of transatlantic carriers. If you’re not sure which terminal your flight departs from, check your boarding pass or airline website before you travel. Your driver drops you to whichever terminal you need.

Have your pick-up address clear and exact. Your driver comes to you, so a hotel name is usually fine - but if you’re staying in a less obvious location or a short-term rental, have the full address ready. Dublin’s older streets can be confusing for sat-nav, and a clear address saves everyone time.

Leave your hotel later than you think. Most Dublin city hotels are within 5-10 minutes of the main roads that lead to the airport, but checking out, loading bags, and getting everyone ready always takes slightly longer than expected. Agree on a departure time the evening before so the morning isn’t rushed.
