When you’re arriving as a group, the last thing you want after a long flight is standing around figuring out how to split between taxis or which bus goes where. This private coach takes up to 15 passengers directly to your destination in Dublin in around 30 minutes. No sharing with strangers, no stops for other passengers, just your group headed straight where you need to go.
Your driver meets you at the airport - details on exactly where are below - and takes you door to door from there. By the time you’ve collected your luggage, someone’s already waiting for you.
Meeting points at Dublin Airport:
Terminal 1 - meet your driver at the Insomnia Coffee Shop inside the terminal.
Terminal 2 - meet your driver inside the arrivals area, by the yellow sculpture.
This is a private tour.
Dublin Airport has two terminals and it matters which one you land in. Terminal 1 handles most European and domestic flights; Terminal 2 is used by Aer Lingus transatlantic routes and a handful of others. Check your boarding pass before you land so you know exactly where you’re heading when you come through arrivals.
The journey into the city takes around 30 minutes on a normal day, but Dublin traffic can stretch that during rush hour - roughly 7 to 9am and 4 to 7pm. If your flight lands in the middle of the afternoon, you’ll probably sail through. If you’re landing late evening, you’ll be fine too. It’s the late-afternoon window that can slow things down.
Dublin city centre is reasonably compact once you arrive, and most of the main hotels are within walking distance of each other. If your hotel is on the northside (O’Connell Street area) or southside (St Stephen’s Green, Grafton Street), let the operator know so your driver can route accordingly.
Fifteen seats gives you a lot of flexibility if you’re travelling with a larger family group, a wedding party, or a corporate team. You won’t need to split across two vehicles, which means everyone arrives together and no one has to wait around.
