Antrim parkrun - Weekly 5K

What to Expect

Antrim parkrun is a free, timed 5K event held every Saturday morning at 9:30am on a mixed gravel and tarmac course around Loughshore Park on the shores of Lough Neagh. The event is open to all ages and abilities - walkers, joggers and runners are equally welcome. Every participant receives an automatic time via their barcode.

Good to Know

• Every Saturday at 9:30am, year-round

• Free but pre-registration required at parkrun.org.uk before your first visit

• Bring a scannable barcode - no barcode, no result

• Post-run coffee available at The Drake at Lough Shore

• Volunteers run the event; new volunteers always welcome

Getting There

Loughshore Park is on the eastern shore of Lough Neagh on the outskirts of Antrim town, signposted from the A26.
