What to Expect

Belfast Open Studios is an annual event welcoming the public into the normally closed doors of over 250 professional artists’ studios across the city. Visitors can meet artists, watch them at work, see work in progress, and often purchase directly. Participating studios include Vault Artist Studios, Digital Arts Studios, Flax Art Studios, QSS Bedford Street, Platform Arts, Cathedral Studios, Belfast Print Workshop, Lombard Studios, Orchid Studios, Pollen Studios, and many more.

Good to Know

• Takes place over a weekend in October (likely 17 to 18 October 2026 - exact dates to be confirmed)

• Free entry to all studios

• Studios span the city - a studio map is available on the website

• Typically coincides with the Belfast International Arts Festival programme

Getting There
