What to Expect

The Clare Junior A Hurling Championship is sponsored by Martin Murphy Building and Civil Contractors in 2026. Two groups are in operation: Group 1 contains Newmarket-on-Fergus, Ballyea, Clonlara, Cratloe, and Ennistymon; Group 2 has Clarecastle, Clooney/Quin, Wolfe Tones, Inagh/Kilnamona, and Crusheen. The junior championship gives clubs outside the senior and intermediate ranks competitive hurling through the summer months.

Good to Know

• Group stage running June/July 2026; knockouts from August
• Club grounds across the county - check clare.gaa.ie for venues
• Small gate fees (typically EUR 3-5) at local grounds
• Winners progress through to the Munster Junior Club Championship
