What to Expect

Glebe House is one of Ireland’s finest regency houses, reopening to the public following extensive conservation work by the Office of Public Works. The house museum displays the Derek Hill art collection and features the historic house interiors. Visitors can expect a curated exhibition experience combining architectural heritage with contemporary art programming. The house overlooks the countryside of North Donegal and Sheephaven Bay.

Good to Know

Following the conservation project, Glebe Gallery functions as a contemporary art venue in addition to being a historic house museum. The venue participates in the Earagail Arts Festival visual arts programme during July. Getting There

Glebe House is located in Dunfanaghy, approximately 25km north of Letterkenny on the N56 road. The house sits on several acres of grounds with ample car parking. Access is via the small village of Dunfanaghy on the Wild Atlantic Way coastal route.
