What to Expect

Ecos parkrun takes place every Saturday at 9:30am in Ecos Park on the edge of Ballymena town. The course follows riverside paths and forest trails, making for a pleasant mixed-terrain 5K. The event is free, timed, and open to walkers, joggers and runners of all standards.

Getting There

Ecos Park is located off Broughshane Road on the northern outskirts of Ballymena. Car parking is available at the park.
