Fontaines D.C. - Malahide Castle

Fontaines D.C. are coming home. The band that went from playing Whelan’s to headlining festivals across the world return to Dublin for an outdoor show at Malahide Castle, one of the most atmospheric concert venues in Ireland.

What to Expect

This is a homecoming show, and Fontaines homecoming shows are special. Expect material spanning their entire catalogue, from Dogrel through to their latest album, delivered with the intensity and purpose that has made them one of the most important guitar bands in the world.

Malahide Castle as a venue adds something you don’t get indoors. The medieval castle grounds, the evening light, the sea air from the coast. It’s a setting that suits the grandeur of their sound.

Getting There

Malahide Castle is accessible by DART to Malahide station, about a 10-minute walk from the grounds. Dublin Bus route 42 also serves Malahide. If driving, there’s parking available but expect it to fill early. The DART is your best bet.
