Just 4 Fun Kids Summer Camp

At Mary Immaculate College · Tailteann Hall, Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, Co. Limerick

Just 4 Fun kids summer camp activities

A full week of zipping, paddling, shooting arrows and scoring goals - this is what July looks like for children aged 5 to 12 at Mary Immaculate College. Just 4 Fun Kids Summer Camp runs Monday to Friday on the MIC campus in Limerick, giving primary-school children a packed daily programme of sport and adventure while working parents get reliable, structured childcare. It is a well-established Irish provider operating across Munster, and the Limerick venue is one of their busiest.

What to expect

The camp runs six rotating activity periods throughout each day, covering more than 35 games and activities across the week. The source event confirmed activities include zip lining, river kayaking, archery, water polo, basketball and football, alongside team games and general outdoor play. The venue at Tailteann Hall is weather-independent, so a rainy July morning does not derail the schedule.

The daily shape runs from arrival at 9:30am through to collection from 3:00pm, with a mid-morning break and a lunch slot at 12:35pm. Children are grouped by age so the programme is appropriate for everyone from rising first-class pupils to those heading into secondary school. Arrival and collection are staggered by surname to keep the gates moving.

Sibling discounts apply - the first child costs €125 for the week, a second child costs €120, and a third or further child drops to €110, making it a practical option for families with multiple children to keep occupied during the summer holidays.

Getting there

Mary Immaculate College sits on the South Circular Road on the southside of Limerick city, about ten minutes from the city centre by car. From O’Connell Street head south along O’Connell Avenue to Punch’s Cross, then turn right onto New Street and continue straight at the roundabout onto Courtbrack Avenue to reach the campus entrance. The college has on-site parking, which makes the staggered drop-off and pick-up arrangement straightforward.

Bus Eireann serves the South Circular Road corridor from Limerick’s Colbert Station. The journey is short and the campus entrance is well signposted from the road.

While you’re in Limerick

Limerick city is easy to spend an afternoon in while the children are at camp - the Hunt Museum, the Treaty Stone and the King John’s Castle waterfront are all within a few minutes of the city centre, and there are good cafes along O’Connell Street for a slower morning. There is more to see in Limerick and across Co. Limerick.
