Riverdance 30: The New Generation arrives at the Gaiety Theatre from 17 June through 6 September 2026, celebrating three decades of one of the world’s most recognised stage productions. Born from a seven-minute interval act at the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest, Riverdance went on to become a global phenomenon, and this anniversary production promises to be the most spectacular version yet.
The New Generation edition introduces innovative choreography alongside updated costumes and state-of-the-art lighting, projection and motion graphics. A cast of exceptional young Irish dancers bring their own energy and precision to the iconic routines while honouring the tradition that has made Riverdance a cultural touchstone for audiences around the world.
Performances run Tuesday to Saturday at 7:30 PM, with Sunday shows at 5:00 PM and Saturday matinees at 3:00 PM. There are also VIP experience packages available on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings.

The Gaiety Theatre is right in the heart of Dublin 2, a short walk from St Stephen’s Green Luas stop. The Green and Red Luas lines both serve the city centre, and numerous Dublin Bus routes pass along Grafton Street and South King Street. There is no on-site parking, but several multi-storey car parks are within a five-minute walk.
