What to Expect

The Tour de Burren is an annual cycle sportive organised by the Burren Cycling Club that attracts over 2,200 cyclists each year. Three route options are available - 80km, 115km and 160km - all showcasing the unique Burren Geopark landscape and stretches of the Wild Atlantic Way. Epic food stops along the route feature locally produced fare including smoked salmon, brown bread and the event’s famous cheesecake.

Getting There

Barefield is located just north of Ennis on the N18. Ample parking available at the start/finish area. Ennis Bus Station is served by Bus Eireann from Limerick and Galway.
