What to Expect

Vandeleur Walled Garden in Kilrush hosts its third annual Summer Festival from Friday 26 to Sunday 28 June 2026. Headline acts include Brian Kennedy, the Kilfenora Ceili Band and comedian Bernard Casey. Saturday features the Travelling Tradesmen blacksmith and woodworker craft demonstrations, a circus show by Bee-ology (1:30pm and 3:00pm), and a local art exhibition. Sunday brings a family fun day in the walled garden with games and activities, plus an afternoon dancing session with Patrick Roche.

Getting There

Kilrush is accessible via the N68 from Ennis, approximately 45 minutes. A park-and-ride service runs from Kilrush town centre to the festival. On-site parking is limited - the park-and-ride is strongly recommended.
