What to Expect

The Grand Opera House Belfast opens its 2026/27 pantomime season with The Little Mermaid, running from 28 November 2026 to 10 January 2027. Following the record-breaking Adventures of Pinocchio, the show follows Ariel as she battles the Sea Witch who stole her voice. Belfast pantomime institution May McFettridge returns as Dame Queen May for her 36th season. The production features glittering costumes, dazzling staging, special effects, original songs and comedy. The cast includes Belfast panto regulars Paddy Jenkins, Adam C Booth and Jolene O’Hara.
