Autism NI’s summer abseil challenge takes participants to the dramatic basalt cliffs of Fairhead on the North Antrim coast, where they descend 90ft under the guidance of qualified instructors. The event raises funds for Autism NI’s helpline, support services, and advocacy work for autistic people and their families across Northern Ireland. Fairhead overlooks Rathlin Island and Scotland and is one of the most spectacular locations on the Irish coastline.

Fairhead is located east of Ballycastle town on the B15 road. Ballycastle is accessible by road from Ballymena (about 30 miles) or Belfast (about 55 miles). Parking is available at Fairhead Car Park.
