Bantry market stalls in Wolfe Tone Square on a Friday morning

What to Expect

Bantry Market is held every Friday from 9:30am to 1:00pm in and around Wolfe Tone Square in the centre of Bantry. Up to 150 stalls operate in summer, selling fresh local vegetables, artisan bread, cheese, honey, seafood, plants, crafts, and street food. It is considered West Cork’s largest and busiest open-air market, drawing both locals and visitors.

  • Managed and regulated by Cork County Council.
