What to Expect

Bennigan’s Bar and Jazz Club is one of Derry’s most eclectic music venues, known particularly for its Saturday jazz nights. Every Saturday from 5:30pm the resident jazz acts - including the Jack McHale Trio, House of Jade Quintet and John Leighton Trio - take to the stage, with guest performers dropping in regularly. The venue covers jazz, blues, folk, soul and indie across its weekly programme, and also serves as a key Jazz Hub during the annual City of Derry Jazz Festival each spring.
