What to Expect

Killaloe Farmers Market is held every Sunday from 11am to 3pm at Between the Waters in Killaloe on the shores of Lough Derg. Stalls feature locally grown fruits and vegetables, fresh meats, cheeses and eggs, sourdough bread, vegan and vegetarian products, olives and pesto, authentic Indian curries and spice mixes, artisanal teas and coffees, and sweet and savoury crepes. Fresh-cut flowers and local honey are also available. The market is fully wheelchair accessible.

Getting There

Killaloe is on the east Clare side of the River Shannon, approximately 20km east of Ennis on the R463. The Between the Waters car park is well signposted from Killaloe town centre. Regular bus services connect Killaloe with Limerick and Ennis.
