What to Expect

The Cork Summer Show is one of Ireland’s longest-running agricultural shows, drawing over 45,000 visitors across its two days at Curraheen. The 2026 edition is described as the biggest ever, with 200 events including a new Agri Aware talks and demonstration marquee, the Cork Reenactment Military Show, Tug of War Ireland, a kids’ zone and funfair, live music from Jerry Fish and Gina and the Champions, and a dedicated Relax Space for families with additional needs. Over 800 competition classes are open across all days.

Good to Know

  • Showgrounds open 9am to 6pm both days; tickets valid for one day only
  • Extended Bus Eireann 208 service runs directly to the showgrounds entrance every 10-20 minutes
  • Free shuttle buses from Ballincollig Shopping Centre, Black Ash Park and Ride, and MTU Bishopstown Campus

Getting There

Bus Eireann 208 extended service provides direct access to the show entrance from Cork city and surrounding areas throughout both days of the show.
