What to Expect

The Derry Summer 10-Pin Bowling League is a recreational and competitive league featuring teams bowling weekly at Foyle Ten Pin Bowling Centre. Teams consist of 3-4 players with each player bowling one game per league night. Leagues are handicapped to allow players of all abilities to compete fairly. Points awarded based on wins and individual high scores. Weekly standings published. A fun and social atmosphere with prizes for top-ranked teams and individual achievements at season end.

Good to Know

• Weekly league matches from 15 June through 31 August 2026
• Monday and Thursday evening fixtures at 7:00pm
• Entry from GBP 5 per person per league night (plus shoe rental approx GBP 3)
• 3-4 person teams; individuals can join teams
• Handicap league for players of all levels
• 10-pin tenpin format with scoring computerised
• Food and drink available at the centre
• Casual and competitive divisions available

Getting There

Foyle Ten Pin Bowling Centre is located on Creggan Street in Derry city centre. Parking available nearby or in city centre car parks (5-minute walk). Accessible by local bus services. City centre location on foot from most hotels and hostels.
