What to Expect

A structured 4-week baby massage course for parents and carers of young babies, held at the New Building Community and Environmental Association in Newbuildings. The course teaches gentle massage techniques shown to support infant development, improve sleep, and strengthen the bond between parent and child. Sessions are small group, relaxed, and welcoming for first-time parents. Booking is essential as places are almost full.
