What to Expect

The Foyle Maritime Festival is one of Derry’s flagship community events, taking place along the banks of the River Foyle from 25 to 28 June 2026. The festival brings tall ships, live music, street entertainment, food stalls, cultural performances, and family activities to Ebrington Square and the waterfront. Most events are free and accessible to all. The festival opening night on 25 June features legendary Donegal trad band Altan as headline act.

Getting There

Ebrington Square is across the Peace Bridge from Derry city centre, a short walk from the Guildhall and bus station.
