What to Expect

The Glencolmcille Agricultural Show spans two days (Sunday and Monday) and is a major showcase of farming, livestock, crafts, and rural community life. The show features livestock competitions and judging, equestrian classes, local crafts and artisan food vendors, horticultural competitions, and family-friendly entertainment.

Good to Know

This is one of seven agricultural shows in Donegal receiving funding support from the Age and Opportunity scheme. The two-day format allows for an extensive programme of competitions, demonstrations, and social activities. Gates typically open in the morning with events throughout both days.

Getting There

The show is held at the Glencolmcille Showgrounds in the stunning Glencolmcille valley, known for its dramatic coastal scenery in southwest Donegal.
