What to Expect

The Foyle Race is the annual open water paddling race on the River Foyle, held during the Foyle Maritime Festival (25-28 June 2026). Organised by Foyle Paddlers, the race is open to kayakers and canoeists of various categories. Alongside the race, Foyle Paddlers also run canoe taster sessions and twilight paddles for participants of all abilities during the festival weekend.
