What to Expect

Friel’s is a 5th-generation historic bar and restaurant in the village of Swatragh, approximately 10 km east of Maghera in the Sperrins foothills. The pub hosts live music most weekends including a weekly traditional music drop-in session, and covers country, trad and acoustic music. Friel’s also operates a campsite adjacent to the premises.

Getting There

Swatragh is on the A29 between Maghera and Dungiven. The pub is on the main street of the village.
