What to Expect

Glen River parkrun is a free weekly 5k timed event held every Saturday at 9:30am in Glen River Park. The course is run on a mixture of tarmac and trail paths. Suitable for runners and walkers of all abilities. First-timers must register on the parkrun website before attending.
