Glengarriff parkrun

What to Expect

Glengarriff parkrun is a free weekly 5k event held every Saturday at 9:30am inside Glengarriff Woods Nature Reserve, one of Ireland’s most scenic parkrun locations. Running since 2016, it attracts around 60 participants each week. Suitable for runners and walkers of all abilities. Coffee typically follows at a local cafe.

Good to Know

• Every Saturday at 9:30am, year-round
• Free to participate - register once at parkrun.ie
• Nature Reserve entrance is approximately 1km from Glengarriff village on the Kenmare Road (N71)

Getting There

From Glengarriff village, head 1km along the N71 towards Kenmare. The Nature Reserve entrance is on the right.
