What to Expect

Leitrim Sculpture Centre hosts four exhibition residencies in 2026, providing visual artists with studio space, time and resources to develop and exhibit new work. Each residency culminates in a one-person exhibition of the artist’s practice. The centre showcases contemporary sculpture, installation, photography and mixed media. The gallery space is housed in a converted factory building in Manorhamilton, featuring changing exhibitions of high-quality contemporary visual art.

Good to Know

Gallery open Wednesday-Saturday, 11am-1pm and 1:30pm-4pm during exhibitions only. Exhibition residencies are 8 weeks maximum (February-November 2026). One confirmed artist is Noah Rose, working with site-responsive and place-led practices. The centre also runs the LEER (Landscape, Ecology and Environment Research) residencies for artists exploring environmental themes. Admission free.
