What to Expect

Curraghchase is a 774-acre forest park featuring six walking trails suitable for all fitness levels. The Lake Trail (1.1km, 20 mins) is a gentle walk around a man-made lake. Two playgrounds offer activities for young children. An enchanted fairy trail appeals to younger visitors. For older children, high ropes course, zip line and climbing wall provide adventure activities (high ropes suitable for ages 7+). Picnic spots throughout the park and duck and swan watching at the lake.
