The Gluten Free Roadshow 2026, Limerick

The Coeliac Society of Ireland brings its Gluten Free Roadshow to the Radisson Blu Hotel on Limerick’s Ennis Road on Sunday, 11 October 2026, running from 9.30am to 5pm. The full day event is aimed at people living gluten free, with talks, cooking demonstrations, a brand fair and a coeliac safe two course lunch included in the ticket, sponsored by Dunnes Stores.

What to Expect

The programme mixes informative talks and panel discussions with hands on cooking demonstrations, led by speakers including food business consultant Tracie Daly, cook Aisling Larkin, coeliac health specialist dietitian Sarah Keogh and the roadshow’s resident gluten free chef, Frances Buckley. A Gluten Free Brand Fair and sampling area runs throughout the day, letting attendees try products from gluten free food brands directly, alongside the included two course lunch prepared to coeliac safe standards. A goodie bag is provided to every ticket holder. The event is aimed primarily at adults managing coeliac disease or gluten intolerance, though children aged nine and over can attend, with a reduced ticket price for under 14s. The roadshow format has run in other Irish cities in past years, giving Limerick a full day version with the same mix of expert talks, live cooking and a supervised safe eating environment that can be harder to find outside dedicated events like this one.
