K-POP FOREVER!

At University Concert Hall · University of Limerick, Limerick

K-POP FOREVER concert

If K-pop has a grip on you or someone in your house, K-POP FOREVER! is the live show to catch - a full-scale tribute concert bringing the biggest hits of the genre to the stage of University Concert Hall in Limerick. Produced by Taylor Entertainment, this is an all-live production rather than a DJ night: there are real singers, dancers, choreography, and a production rig to match. It suits teenagers and adults equally, and families are welcome provided under-16s are with an adult.

What to expect

The set list pulls from some of the most-streamed acts in the world right now - Blackpink, BTS, Twice, Golden, and Soda Pop among them - alongside songs featured in the 2025 Netflix animated film K-Pop Demon Hunters. Expect high-energy choreography, non-stop back-to-back hits, and a lighting and effects setup scaled for a 877-seat concert hall. The UCH is a fully seated venue, though performers tend to get the crowd on its feet before long.

One practical note: strobe lighting is used during the show. If you or anyone in your party has a history of photosensitive seizures, contact the UCH box office in advance on 061 331 549 or at support@uch.ie.

This show sold out, which tells you plenty about the appetite for K-pop in Ireland. It is worth checking the UCH website or third-party resale platforms for any returned tickets closer to the date.

Getting there

University Concert Hall sits on the University of Limerick campus in Castletroy, about 4km east of Limerick city centre. By car from Dublin, take the M7 south-west and follow signs for Limerick/Castletroy; from Cork, the N20/M20 brings you into the city. The campus has a large free car park directly in front of the venue - the exit barriers are raised after shows so UCH ticket holders pay nothing on the way out.

By public transport, Bus Eireann and Limerick city bus services run out to the UL campus from Colbert Station and the city centre. It is worth checking the Bus Eireann journey planner for the 304/304X route, which passes close to the campus on the Dublin Road.

While you’re in Limerick

Limerick has good restaurants and bars within a short taxi ride of the UL campus - the city has shaken off its old reputation and is genuinely worth a few hours before or after a show. There is more to see in Limerick and across Co. Limerick.
