What to Expect

Macroom Castle Demesne parkrun is a free weekly 5k timed event held every Saturday at 9:30am on a mix of tarmac and concrete paths within the historic castle grounds. Open to runners and walkers of all abilities. A junior 2k parkrun takes place at the same venue every Sunday at 9:30am for ages 4 to 14.

Getting There

Enter through the Castle Gates in Macroom town square. From Cork city, drive through the town and turn in through the Castle Gates in the square.
