Mallow Castle parkrun

What to Expect

Mallow Castle parkrun is a free weekly 5k timed event held every Saturday at 9:30am on a mix of tarmacadam and concrete paths within the historic Mallow Castle Demesne. Open to runners and walkers of all abilities. A junior 2k parkrun takes place at the same venue every Sunday at 9:30am.

Getting There

Head through the Castle Gates in Mallow town square. From Cork city direction, drive through town and enter through the Castle Gates in the square.
