What to Expect

Tramore Valley parkrun is a free, weekly 5k timed event held every Saturday morning at 9:30am on the tarmac paths of Tramore Valley Park. The course is a clockwise 2.5k loop run twice. Suitable for runners and walkers of all abilities. Registration on the parkrun website is required before your first visit.

• Enter the park from South Link Road, opposite the Black Ash Park and Ride

The park entrance is on South Link Road, opposite the Black Ash Park and Ride. Ample parking is available on site.
