Getting There

Ardara sits on the N56 in southwest Donegal, at the meeting point of the Glenties and Portnoo roads, about 40 minutes’ drive from Donegal Town and just over an hour from Letterkenny. There is no rail service into the village, and no dedicated festival transport, so most visitors arrive by car; parking is on-street and in the town’s public car parks, though spaces fill quickly on Show Saturday.
