What to Expect

W5’s summer 2026 experience is the Space Explorer Academy, where young visitors are recruited as astronaut trainees and taken through an immersive mission. Children visit the Cosmic Kids HQ, board a spacecraft at the launch pad, encounter real space artefacts including a moon rock sample and a full space suit, and pose for zero-gravity-inspired photos. The experience is included with the standard W5 general admission ticket and runs at selected times between 10am and 6pm.

Getting There

W5 is located at Queen’s Quay on the Titanic Quarter waterfront in Belfast. The venue is served by the Belfast Glider rapid transit and has on-site paid parking.
