What to Expect

Muinebheag parkrun is a free weekly timed 5km run held every Saturday at 9:30am in Bagenalstown (Muinebheag), Co. Carlow. The event is open to runners, joggers and walkers of all abilities. First-time participants must register for free at parkrun.ie before attending and bring their barcode on the day.
