What to Expect

Belfast Castle hosts a series of artisan markets in its scenic grounds throughout 2026. Each market features around 40 stalls selling arts and crafts, artisan food, and handmade gifts. The castle’s hillside setting offers views over Belfast Lough, making it a popular afternoon out. Admission is free. Upcoming 2026 dates in the next 90 days: 19 July, 2 August, 8-9 August (coinciding with Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann), and 13 September.

Getting There

Belfast Castle is on the Antrim Road, accessed from the Cave Hill area of north Belfast. Translink Metro bus services run from the city centre. On-site car parking is available.
