What to Expect

Carlow Comedy Club is a monthly stand-up comedy night at The Barracks bar and nightclub on Tullow Street. The club was set up by comedian and comedy writer Cian McGarrigle, who previously ran a successful monthly comedy format in Kilkenny. The Barracks approached him to establish a similar event in Carlow, making it Carlow’s first dedicated regular comedy club. Expect a mix of local and touring Irish comedians performing in the venue’s late-bar atmosphere.
