What to Expect

The Chocolate Manor is a craft chocolate shop and Economusee artisan experience venue in the coastal village of Castlerock, County Londonderry. Chief Chocolatier Geri Martin leads hands-on sessions where participants learn basic tempering techniques and create a range of moulded chocolates to take home. Several session types are available: the Chocolate Box Experience (90 minutes, adults, learn to make chocolate bonbons with inclusions), the Truffle Shuffle (2.5 hours, create ganache truffles and temper chocolate coatings), Family Chocolate Experiences, and the Choccy Rocky Kids session (1 hour, for children). Summer 2026 dates are open for booking with the 2pm slot filling quickly.

Getting There

Castlerock is on the north Derry coast, approximately 10km north-west of Coleraine. The Londonderry to Coleraine railway line stops at Castlerock station, a short walk from Main Street.
