What to Expect

The Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Street Carnival marks its 10th anniversary in 2026 with a day of free street entertainment and a ticketed long-table dinner. Pearse Street is pedestrianised and lined with long communal tables where food ticket holders are served dishes prepared by award-winning West Cork restaurants, hoteliers and food producers. The menu ranges from fresh local seafood to curries and showcases the depth of West Cork’s food scene. Entertainment is free for all and runs throughout the day.

Clonakilty is approximately 75 km west of Cork City on the N71; served by Bus Eireann from Cork City (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes).
