Dublin Intermediate All County Football Championship - Group Stage

What to Expect

Run alongside the standard Intermediate Championship, the Intermediate All County grade draws on clubs from across the whole county rather than a single tier, and its next group round falls on Saturday 22 August. Castleknock host St Judes at Somerton Park and Ballymun Kickhams face Skerries Harps at Pairc Ciceam in Group 1, Clontarf meet Ballinteer St Johns at St Annes Park and Ballyboden St Enda’s face St Oliver Plunkett’s Eoghan Ruadh at Santa Maria in Group 2, Cuala play St Brigid’s at Hyde Park and Fingallians host Thomas Davis at Lawless Park (throwing in slightly later at 19:00) in Group 3, and St Vincent’s meet Kilmacud Crokes at Páirc na Uinsíonn while Na Fianna face St Patrick’s (D) at St Mobhi Road in Group 4. Most games throw in at 18:30.

Getting There

Somerton Park is in Castleknock on Dublin’s northwest side, accessible via Dublin Bus routes along the Navan Road and roughly a 20-minute drive from the M50. St Annes Park is on the Clontarf Road and served by Dublin Bus routes along the coast road, a short walk from Clontarf DART station. Other grounds, including Hyde Park and St Mobhi Road, are best reached by car or local bus; check the host club’s page on dublingaa.ie for specific directions.
