What to Expect

The Intermediate Hurling Championship sits below Premier Intermediate and gives a broad spread of Dublin clubs a shot at promotion up the hurling pyramid. Saturday 15 August has Round Towers (C) hosting St Vincent’s at Monastery Road, Kilmacud Crokes meeting Good Counsel/Liffey Gaels at Silver Park, Kevin’s facing O’Toole’s at Dolphin Park, and Ballyboden St Enda’s hosting Crumlin at Ballycullen. All four throw in at 18:30. Getting There

Ballycullen in Ballyboden is on Dublin’s southside near the foothills, served by Dublin Bus routes through Rathfarnham and Ballyboden village. Dolphin Park and Silver Park are also southside grounds, reachable by Dublin Bus; Monastery Road is on the western side of the county. Check the host club’s page on dublingaa.ie for directions to a specific ground, as parking is limited at most of these local pitches and roadside spaces near the grounds fill quickly before throw-in.
