Westlife 25th Anniversary World Tour at 3Arena Dublin

Twenty-five years is a long time in pop music, and Westlife have spent most of them at the top of the Irish charts. Shane Filan, Mark Feehily, Kian Egan and Nicky Byrne kick off a record-breaking thirteen-night residency at 3Arena Dublin on 10 September 2026, celebrating a quarter-century since “Swear It Again” announced them to the world. If you grew up in Ireland in the late nineties or early 2000s, this will feel less like a concert and more like a reunion - songs you know every word of, performed by the band who wrote the soundtrack to a generation.

What to expect

The 25th Anniversary World Tour draws on the full breadth of the Westlife catalogue, from early UK and Irish number ones through their comeback releases of recent years. Expect “Flying Without Wings”, “You Raise Me Up”, “World of Our Own” and the hits that defined a decade, delivered in the arena style the band have always suited. Selected dates have special guests Garron Noone, Aslan and Biird on the bill - worth checking the 3Arena website to see which nights they appear. The run of thirteen nights takes Westlife to 82 total performances at 3Arena, a figure no other act in the building’s history has reached. Doors open at 6:00pm; the main act typically takes the stage around 8:30pm.

Getting there

3Arena sits in the Dublin Docklands at the East Link Bridge, about a 25-30 minute walk from O’Connell Bridge along the River Liffey. The easiest way in is the Luas Red Line - The Point stop is right beside the venue, and the journey from Abbey Street or Jervis takes around fifteen minutes. Dublin Bus route 151 runs every ten minutes during peak times and drops you on Castleforbes Road, two minutes from the door, with the last service at 11:15pm. If you are driving, The Point Village car park is the closest option at €12 for concert evenings; Parkrite’s IFSC Car Park offers an overnight package at around €13.65 if you would rather not rush back. Traffic out of the Docklands after a big show can be slow, so the Luas is genuinely the better option.

While you’re in Dublin

Dublin city centre is on your doorstep - the Docklands regeneration has brought good restaurants and bars to the area around the venue, and the IFSC and Grand Canal Dock are a short walk away for a pre-show meal. There is more to see in Dublin and across Co. Dublin.
