Dublin Zoo Wild Lights 2026

Wild Lights is Dublin Zoo’s spectacular festive event. Thousands of silk lanterns transform the zoo into a magical, illuminated wonderland. It’s one of Dublin’s most popular Christmas season attractions and a genuinely magical experience for families.

What to Expect

A walking trail through the zoo grounds with thousands of colourful silk lanterns shaped as animals, flowers, and fantastical creatures. The displays change each year and the craftsmanship is stunning. It’s atmospheric and beautiful, and kids are mesmerised by the colours and scale.
