Earhart Gin School at Walled City Brewery

What to Expect

The Earhart Gin School is Derry’s first gin school, based in the Walled City Brewery Taproom at Ebrington Square. Participants use a miniature copper still and choose from a wide array of botanicals to create their own personalised bottle of gin, guided throughout by expert distillers. On arrival each guest receives a signature Earhart Gin and Tonic, and during the 2 to 3-hour session three additional G&Ts and cocktails are included. Each guest takes home the gin they distilled. This is a recurring ticketed experience running throughout summer 2026.

Getting There

Ebrington Square is on the Waterside, reachable from the city centre via the Peace Bridge in about 10 minutes on foot. Free parking at the Ebrington Car Park off Limavady Road.
