At The Round O · The Round O, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council brings free live music to the Round O in Enniskillen every Sunday afternoon through July and August, part of its Seasonal Outdoor Music Programme. The 2026 run launched the weekend of 4 and 5 July with singer Luke Bell and continues weekly with a changing line-up of local bands, choirs and performers, all free and in the open air on the lakeside green space known as the Round O. It is a low-key, family-friendly counterpart to the town’s evening pub sessions, running from 1pm to 3:30pm each Sunday.
The programme mixes brass and silver bands, choirs, pipe bands and folk acts across its Sunday slots, with confirmed performers through the summer including Fermanagh Concert Band, Church Hill Silver Band, Letterbreen Silver Band, Fermanagh Youth Choir, Fermanagh Comhaltas, The Hand Me Downs, Afternoon Daydream, Irvine Memorial Pipe Band, Sing Together Irvinestown and Ballindarragh Accordion Band. The council runs a parallel programme at Grange Park in Omagh on the same Sundays, so the two towns effectively share one summer music season across the district. Performances run from 1pm to 3:30pm, an afternoon rather than evening fixture, and the open-air setting by the water suits a family visit or a stop on a longer walk around the town’s lakeside paths. The council updates the specific weekly line-up through its website and social media, so which act plays on any given Sunday is worth checking closer to the date.
The Round O is a green space on the water’s edge on the western side of Enniskillen, on the road out toward Donegal. It is a walkable distance from the town centre and sits close to Broadmeadow, another of the town’s riverside parks.
The Round O is part of a run of green, waterside spaces around Enniskillen, including nearby Broadmeadow, worth a wander before or after the music finishes. There is more to see in Enniskillen and across Co. Fermanagh.
