All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship Final 2026

At Croke Park · Jones' Road, Dublin 3

All-Ireland camogie final

The All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship Final is the biggest day in the camogie calendar - the culmination of a summer’s provincial and group-stage hurling compressed into one afternoon at the home of Gaelic games. In 2026 it is Galway who have earned a place in the final, a county with serious pedigree in the sport: All-Ireland titles in 1996, 2013, 2019, 2021 and 2025. If you follow Galway camogie, or simply want to watch some of the best players in the country at Croke Park in a full crowd, this is the occasion for you.

What to expect

The 2026 final is part of Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Finals Day on Sunday 9 August - a double-header that brings big crowds and a charged atmosphere to Croke Park. Galway face Cork in a genuine rivalry: Cork took the two previous championships; Galway are the defending 2025 champions. The match throws in at 3:00pm.

Croke Park itself rewards the visit. With a capacity of over 82,000 it is the largest stadium in Ireland and one of the largest in Europe. Sight lines are excellent from any stand, and the atmosphere on Finals Day is unlike most things you will experience in Irish sport. Arrive early, get your seat before throw-in and enjoy the build-up.

Getting there

Croke Park sits on Jones’ Road in Dublin 3, roughly 2km north of the city centre. Parking near the ground is heavily restricted and clamping is enforced on match days, so public transport is the practical choice. Drumcondra commuter rail station is a 5-minute walk from the stadium - if travelling from Galway by train, change at Connolly and take a short hop to Drumcondra, or walk the 15-20 minutes along the quays. Bus Eireann and GoBus both run regular coach services from Galway city to Dublin if you prefer the road.

While you’re in Galway

If you are travelling from the county, or making a longer trip of it, Connemara, the Aran Islands and Lough Corrib are all within reach. There is more to see in Galway and across Co. Galway.
